On May 17, 1905 the Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity was founded in Old Painter Hall at Middlebury College. On November 7, 2009 I joined this Fraternity not knowing what to expect or how this organization would make an impact on my life. Today, I work at the National Office and get to travel and meet KDR Brothers from all over.
Today we recognize 108 years of placing Honor Above All Things. I cannot express the impact KDR has had on my life, how important all my brothers are to me, and the opportunities the fraternity has given to me and will bring in the future.

I had a great conversation with one of men from the Board of Trustees of Kappa Delta Rho. After expressing that I hoped I could fill the shoes of a previous Leadership Instructor, this is what he said to me. Blown away. Words of wisdom when you least expect it.
